The Institute of World History was founded in 2012. It has six teaching and research sections for studies of American history, European history, modernization, the comparison of civilizations, Southeast Asia and Japan. The Institute has 6 professors or associate professors. Eight young teachers are doctors. The Institute has produced works such as The History of Latin America, Trans-Pacific Conversations: Doing History in a Global Age and some translated-works such as The Story of Time, Greece: the Modern Sequel, and The Great Dividing.
